Thought I'd do a new pic with my Nephew, who I saw a few weeks ago! He's nearly one now and I hadn't seen him since January as he emigrated to the USA (With my brother and his wife....he didn't go by himself ...)...dawww!

I'm 34 (yeh I know ) and started drawing in March 2011 after 20 years of ignoring art..(I'm more a scientist). I took redundancy from my job, so took up pencilling to give me a new hobby while looking for work

It's been a great journey so far and I've had tons of help from the great community here on DA, so long may it continue!

Maybe at the end of the year I'll do a new picture, as I'm trying to lose a bit more weight finally I lost nearly 4 stone (Err... or about 24kg or about 53 lbs for those who don't use stone ) last year, so wouldn't mind just another stone or so...bah back to the gym

Enough mumbling...I have drawing to do
